Craig Dykema began his career within claims in 2007 with a large national carrier in West Michigan. He has a wide array of experiences in claims where he built his skillset with customers at the forefront. Communication, accountability and trust are values that have guided his career and assist him in advocating for his customers.
Craig holds his Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and is pursuing the CPCU designation. He has strong background in creating and overseeing coverage reviews, liability analysis and evaluations.
Craig spends his time outside of work staying active by playing hockey, running, and watching Detroit sports teams. He also loves to visit family and travel with his wife and two daughters.
