Coming to Collins with 20 years of industry experience varying from Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, Trucking to Restaurants with Delivery, etc in various states. Melony is a multi-state licensed individual who is highly motivated, hard-working, highly reliable and skilled with a strong background in Commercial insurance. She is committed to understanding the insured’s needs and provides outstanding customer service. Very goal driven, organized and detail oriented. She is looking to grow within the company and build strong business relationships. She is also skilled at maintaining current and relevant knowledge of the insurance marketplace to place our customers in qualified, selective markets. Melony will be working on Aaron Symonds team on his current Captive accounts and market new business. She is working to expand her education by obtaining various commercial insurance related designations.
Melony’s other passion is her family. She has two grown boys and a 9 year old daughter who are her world. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends out on the lake near her home up north.
