With a focus on client first claim handling practices, Rhett provides a constant monitoring of all claim situations for Collins and Associates. He works closely with the risk management team to provide a thorough analysis and breakdown of claim situations and strives to make the claim process move through the necessary channels with speed and accuracy. Rhett is a vocal advocate for the client and carrier to ensure lines of communication are constantly active. While also working with the sales team, he incorporates his 18 years of insurance claims experience to add valuable information to underwriters, account managers, auditors and fellow claim professionals within the industry.
Rhett enjoys spending time with his family and friends, Michigan State sporting events, golf in the summertime, and an occasional craft beer from any of Grand Rapids local breweries.
