Melissa, or Missy to those close to her, was born and raised in lower Michigan, in 2009 she moved north with her family seeking a more laid back, and family oriented lifestyle. After 5 1/2 years on Beaver Island, Missy and her family moved to Harbor Springs.
She started with Collins as an Administrative Assistant in our Harbor Springs office. As her interest and knowledge of insurance grew, so did her role. Now a licensed Account Manager, Missy works with customers on a daily basis servicing all aspects of their accounts. Her goal is to learn her client’s individual needs in order to help find the best coverage available to them.
Missy is a member of the Northern Michigan Literacy Council and in her free time enjoys attending her kids sporting events, golfing and time on the water with her family.
