Michelle’s operational responsibilities encompass all segments of our business. She is responsible to work with our department heads to set strategic goals and create plans to help achieve these goals, monitoring and tracking progress in all areas of the business. Michelle works closely with our commercial operations and marketing team, and our carrier and broker partners, to assure company goals and agency standards are met. Michelle works with our leadership team and valued employees to create a place where open communication occurs comfortably within our team. Michelle’s goal is Collins’ goal, which is striving together to be an organization where our team enjoys their work atmosphere, while creating extraordinary results for our clients to foster a success-oriented, accountable working environment.

Michelle enjoys spending time at the family cottage in Burt Lake, MI, paddle-boarding, Pilates, traveling with her husband, spending time with their family and pets, and Napa Valley wines.
