Michelle plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our business operations. Collaborating closely with department heads, she helps set strategic goals and ensures their successful execution by monitoring progress across the organization.
As the leader of our Commercial Lines senior account management, marketing and admin teams, Michelle works closely with our carrier and broker partners to generate new business opportunities and manage renewal placements tailored to exceed client expectations in the immediate and long term priorities of our clients.
All the while she is strong advocate for open communication, Michelle works to foster a collaborative, transparent environment where all employees feel empowered to contribute. She is committed to cultivating a positive workplace culture that drives exceptional results for our clients and supports a success-oriented, accountable team dynamic.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time at her family’s cottage on Burt Lake, MI, paddle boarding, archery, practicing Pilates, traveling with her husband, and enjoying quality time with their family and pets. She also has a passion for Napa Valley wines.
